Love That is yet to Be Found!

August has come out to become a month where all I can think about is self-growth and impeccable love that one should have for self. And as my head dwelled upon the concept of self-love and growth a small poem got came dancing inside my head.

“A seed I am that fell to the ground
Let love breathe within
And let all the veins feel emotions
and dreams survive beyond the dream…

– Dharti Shethiya ”

Isn’t this what we exactly wish for others when we love them and think of their well being. So why not wish the same for self.

Work, hustle, financial growth and everything else is important but we seldom forget that none of these would be worth if you are not happy inside. Forcing yourself into something will never lead to mental stability.

So my darlings let us take a step beyond and work upon happiness and find things that help you find content within.

do something different, let’s run after happiness and inner well being and every other desire and dreams of yours will manifest itself naturally.

tell me in the comments below or write to me about what helps you be you and what is happiness to you?

When Everyday Is A Restart!

Its 1st of August today and we are done with more than half of 2019 and it is now the right time to review the month and check on self and understand how far have taken our dreams and how much have we worked on self-growth and self-love.

So let’s do something together.

Let us make a list of all the things that we did year-round that we remember and feel is an important part of what you are today and how you feel at the moment. These memories or events or memories can be anything. It can be good, bad, awkward, happy, heartbreaking or even things that made you potentially angry.

when you write this beside every event mentioned write about its impact and whether it had a positive or negative impact on you. Not only this kind of self-analysis will help you understand yourself and your growth better but will also help you create a guide that will help you avoid things that break you and list out things that have nurtured you as an individual.

If you want you can create two different lists one for self and the other solely for business or work life or Education. But this at this point it is super essential as it will decide a lot about how will your future years’ functions and what exactly needs to be done.

I know its a time taking process but do not forget it an investment on self and the growth that you have been looking for.

So, ladies and gentlemen lets together hustle, grow and be our support system. Let us together create the change within our-self and around our-self so that we create a life that we have been wanting and make life grand.

you can also share it with me on my email address: shethiyadharti@gmail.com

All the best, love!

The Hate In You Kills You!

Have you ever hated somebody so much that whenever you see that person you wish to stab him?
Have you put the time into plotting a destruction plan against somebody?
Have you prayed ill for someone?
Then, darling, you are destroying yourself!

Let me explain a very simple concept to you guys today!
And here I am going to rant some science and philosophy.

When you hate someone with all your heart and mind. You are putting yourself into a lot of negative energy. This kind of negativity ruins your immune system, gives you negative mood swings and most importantly it makes you a terrible person.
Ask yourself, is this who you are? Does your heart really agree to this? does your value system agree to this?

I know there might be some really strong reason for you to hate that person so much. s/he might have done something unforgivably wrong to you. But, is your action rightful?
What will be the difference between you two if you too act the same way?

And above all, is that person really worth the time and energy that you are putting in for hating that person?

I am not asking you to forget everything and move on! Remember the person, remember the lesson, be wiser next time, but also, forgive that person. Forgiveness will give you the kind of internal peace that you can’t even imagine!

Or else talk to somebody about it, vent out for feelings!

If you feel you have nobody, write to me, I promise I will read every word and reply but vent things out!

If you want to write to me, here is my email address for you guys: talktodharti@gmail.com

But sweety move on, negativity brings no good to anyone!

Day 1: Me and My never ending Procrastination!

Err… At this moment I am so annoyed with everything and anything happening around me because of my brain, it is unwilling to function and just wanting to lie down on a bed in a cozy blanket and do nothing fruitful! Sometimes I really wonder whether this brain actually belongs to me or not, because it surely does everything opposite to what I want it to do. I ask him to wake up, it demands to sleep for a few more hours; I ask it to work out, it decides to crave for cheese burst pizza and a coke; I ask it to write and this dear friend of mine decides to stop functioning completely!

So I decided to challenge it and write something about my brains favorite habit: Procrastination! Let me first introduce you guys to what Wikipedia tells about Procrastination:
Procrastination (from Latin’s “procrastinare”, that translates into the prefix pro-, ‘forward’, and the suffix -crastinus, ’till next day’ from cras, ‘tomorrow’) is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished. Sometimes, procrastination takes place until the “last minute” before a deadline. Procrastination can take hold on any aspect of lifeā€”putting off cleaning the stove, repairing a leaky roof, seeing a doctor or dentist, submitting a job report or academic assignment or broaching a stressful issue with a partner. Procrastination can lead to feelings of guilt, inadequacy, depression, and self-doubt.

So, now you know what it means! And you have to agree with me that some of the other days we all have been here. Wishing to do 100,000,000 things but wanting to do none. So for you guys over there, here are few things you can do to challenge your brain and to get out of this unwanted state of mind.

1. Force It Until Its Real:
I know it is really difficult but I really want you guys to give it a try. Let’s say, You want to read a book but you can not? Then read it, you may not be able to feel the words in the beginning and the task may annoy you for a long period of time, so at this point, you start reading again, and again and again, until you really start understanding every word written. You keep doing this until your brain realizes that you seriously want to do it and you are not going to give up!
For example: When I started writing this article I thought I might give up after first few lines but as I kept going on I am now actually writing it with all my hearts and brains!

2. Remind Yourself Why It Is Important:
Every task has its own importance and if you keep pushing it forward, it’s never going to happen. So, remind yourself why is that task important. Eg: You may get fired if you do not complete that report and that shitty co-worker you hate may get a promotion instead of you; If you do not finish that college assignment you might get an F and you might, however, have to re-do it; If you do not shop today, all the good dresses would be out of stock and you will have to wear some crappy outfit for your birthday!
So go ahead and get that shit done, it is on your to-do list because it is important!

3. You are always setting an example, Negative or Positive:
Remember that your actions are always noticed. People decide about their future relations with you depending upon your behavior and its impact on them. If you are lazy, unwilling to try, leaving things half done and unmotivated, nobody would wish to work with you. You would become that one employee that has never received a promotion, a student who is believed to be a wrong company, a parent that a child does not look upon and many more!
Do you really want to be that?
So, get up and get going!
I believe you can do it!
Stop reading right now and get going with your task!

Everybody feels lazy but not everybody can afford it!
Create a hustle and become a legend!
